How to get more ponies or different colored ponies
- How to buy another pony
- Click on the bus stop sign to board the "Wiggins Express" bus and go to Olsons Horse Farm. Just like in the Pony Pals books, Mr. Olson (and sometimes a helper, his nephew Charlie Chase) buy and sell ponies and horses. You will travel by road to get there. Olsons is a multiplayer area. You will see your avatar there along with those of anyone else who is there. You can click on a pony you would like to buy and a tag will appear to tell you what kind of pony it is and that pony's price. If you click on the 'west' and 'east' buttons, you can go to another paddock. You will see all 9 ponies that are for sale. They have different prices, some cost more than others.
- At Olsons you can also trade a pony from one account to another if both accounts' emails match.
- You can also return a pony that you no longer want. Mr. Olson cares for returned ponies until another member adopts them. To return a pony, click on the yellow barn door. A box will pop up. In it, choose which pony you want to return. If you return all your online ponies, your account at Club Pony Pals will be closed. All your pals and and any virtual goods that you have added will go away and cannot be regained.
- When you buy or trade a pony, you get a personal cabin as your home page. You will have a board bill for each pony that you buy or trade for. A board bill is a monthly payment of 300 Wiggins bucks a month. (that is about $1.25 USD in real money). If you do not pay your board bill for two months, any member with an overdue board bill in their account gets a warning email. That email tells a member that they have two more weeks to pay their overdue board bill. If a board bill is not paid, then their second (and third) ponies will be returned to Olsons for another member to adopt. If a member does not log in and pay their bill, their cabin also will go away. Then that member can’t get their cabin back or go onto the Wiggins Estate until their overdue bill is paid.
- You must have paid a board bill to enter this trail
- You agree to pay a board bill when you buy or transfer a pony at the Olson farm. You also need to have that bill paid to enter the Wiggins Estate. Read about how to buy another pony above to learn more.
