Cool Horse Riders Contest
To enter the contest, you have to send me a pal request and a Wmail that sais #Enter me in CoolHorseRider's SUPER spring into summer contest and then it has to say what you're exited to do this summer. I will pick 3 random winners and they will each get a shout out on my page and 4 prizes from the gift shop. Is that allowed?

I would like to do a contest on my page and I was wondering if that is allowed.
