Skylight Stables Boarding School (SSBS)
Description: SSBS is a school for troubled teens (who have been to a juvenile detention center) who love horses, located just out off Sugar Hill, New Hampshire. You live in dorms, and your schedule is horse-centered. At SSBSa you are allocated a rescue horse to train based on your ability. You can also bring a horse you own or you ride a school horse for regular lessons.

Name: Skylight Stables Boarding School (SSBS) Plaque: A girl in a round pen holding the leadline of a rearing mustang. The acronym SSBS is in the corner in curly script. Description: SSBS is a school for troubled teens (who have been to a juvenile detention center) who love horses, located just out off Sugar Hill, New Hampshire. You live in dorms, and your schedule is horse-centered. At SSBSa you are allocated a rescue horse to train based on your ability. You can also bring a horse you own or you ride a school horse for regular lessons. You have 2 lessons (1 with the rescue, 1 with the calm horse) a day, and can practice if you have the time. You are given the rescue horse your first saturday at school, and every year 2-4 students from each grade are chosen to do the Extreme Mustang Makeover (EMM). You can choose up to 6 classes (2 AP's max) and 1 elective. Students can not leave campus, but it is huge so there is not much reason to. Classes are very challenging. Some students who are extremely poor get sponsors who are related to the school who buy them anything from t-shirts to thoroughbreds. There are 4 dorms: 2 for girls, 2 for boys on either side of a large courtyard. To the left of the girls dorms are the stables, to the right of the girls dorms are the school buildings. Everything is made of stone-Blank was a mansion before it was made into a school. Everyone is in 8th grade when we start.
