There once was a little colt named Slick. Slick was a very slick horse and also smart. He was always close to his mothers side and loved to play with his friends named ginger, Ruby, Rango, Tucker and skittles. But one day he did not want to play, instead he wanted to wander off and see what the world around him was like. He said" mommy I want to go into the feild to play". "His Mother said " Ok, as long as you dont go far and come back by supper". " Ok, mommy" Slick said. He went off and played for a while than suddenly a snake came up and tried to eat slick but slick ran off.
Later, there was a wolf that chased Slick into a den and Slick was scared and looked for a chance to escape. There was a tiny crack that was open. Slick took his chance and ran out of the cave as fast as he could. Slick went further into the woods and decided to head home. But before he could go home he thought to himself which way is home, it was starting to get dark. Than he remembrered his mothers words " Be back for supper and dont go far". He broke both of those rules. He new that he was lost. Slick fell fast asleep.
the next morning Slick found himself in the feild and rememberd he was lost. Than he thought I remember this stump and that tree and found his way home. His friends and family looked worried but happy he was home. His mother asked what had happened and he explained his long adventure, and lived happily ever after.

Pumpkins of love

"Hooray!Hooray!"shouted Alison's three year old sister,Chloe.Alison loved two things:halloween and horses.That's why her family was going to H&H Stables.They had a HUGE pumpkin patch,corn mazes-even a hot cocoa cafe.But Alison's favorite thing there was the horse stable.She had grown very close to a horse that lived here named Pumpkin.
They had horse trails where you can ride wichever horse you choose.And Alison had a plan:to ride Pumpkin.She adored him,not because of his looks but because of his sweetness,although he was quite the atractive pony.Suddenly,Alison was shook out of her daydreams."We're here!"shouted Alison's mom.

Once there was a kingdom far away. In that kingdom lived a princess named Lillyanna. She had long brown hair and blue eyes. She loved horses and had three of her own. Her favorite was a black horse named Midnight.
One day as the princess did her morning chores in her stables, she saw that Midnight's stall was open and he was not there. "Oh no!" cried Lillyanna, "what am I going to do?" One of the stablehands found her and asked her what was wrong. "It's Midnight! He's escaped." the princess said sadly. "We'll send some stablehands to find him," the stablehand assured the girl, "he can't be far."
So Lillyanna went into her palace and upstairs to her royal chambers. She watched as the stablehands saddled their horses and galloped into the woods. She hoped they would find him.
Hours later, the stablehands returned but with no black horse behind them. "We did not find him," they told Lillyanna. "Then I'll go," said the princess. She saddled and mounted one of her other horses and rode off. She came to a beautiful meadow and dismounted her horse. As she looked around she saw a gorgeous white mare. It was wild. It stood there looking at Lillyanna for a moment and then turned around. It looked like it wanted the princess to follow her. Lillyanna tied up her horse and followed the mare. When the mare stopped, she seemed to be nuzzling another horse. That horse was Midnight! "Oh, Midnight!" Lillyanna cried. She ran up to her horse and hugged. Then she put a halter and lead rope on Midnight and led him back to where her other horse was. But the white mare followed. She followed Lillyanna and Midnight all the way back to the castle.
Lillyanna not only got one of her horses back that day, but two!
